I recieved a free voucher in the mail yesterday from Ft. Lauderdale in the amount of $1300.00. It has a confirmation number on it and says: "Free Cruise for 2 adults, then a travel voucher in the amount of $1300.00. It does not look fake, but I did find it really fishy. Who is gonna send me a free vacation, so I continued to read the papers that came along with the voucher, and says it includes 4 days 3 nights at the Gold Key Ramada plaza resorts in ft lauderdale, then 3 days 2 nights in Magical Orlando FL, 2 night IMCL caribbean cruise including private stateroom, all meals, live entertainment and onboard activities, informative guided tour of a local vacation ownership resort, and a 7 day transportation by alamo rent a car with unlimited mileage during your vacation! Then it says please participate within 48 hours you will also recieve both getaways... 3 days 2 nights in exciting las vegas, 4 days 3 nights in romantic puerto vallarta.
Says to call the number toll free, so i did. Mind you I have already read some of the reports on this website before I called, so I thought i'd stir the pot with whom ever is gonna be rude to me! So I call, and it was busy a few times, then i called back, a man answered and didnt even greet me and said that the conversation may be recored. Then he proceeded to ask for the confirmation number and my phone number... I said why do you need my phone number... Can i ask you a question about all this stuff is about that i got in the mail... Do i get a free trip as it says? He said nor yes or no... He said they are offering discounted trips... So i said why does it say that a whole trip is free, along with a 1300 voucher... He proceeded to give me garbage responses and said thats fine and hung up... He proceeded to talk as I hung up the phone... So i dont know what other garbage he was gonna give me.
I do agree that these people need to go down, one of these days, and I do appreciate the heads up on this website,
