High pressure sales, how do i get my money back? Ripoff

I recently recieved a thing in the mail and i just called to see what it was about and get some more information. Unfortunately i did not research it first and ended up giving them my credit card #. I just wanted information and instead ended up being persuaded into giving my credit card number.

I called the credit card company right away and cancelled my card but how do i get my money back. I have tried calling a few times since but have not been able to get through. Was just wondering what my next step would be?
