My first and last experience with Expedia.com

After bought a global reservation online, my reservation wasn't established and that I could not fly as prepared. Expedia provided a return once they obtained the initial document passes. It's been 20 times and also the reimbursement remains pending. I've named three times and delay about the point for approximately half an hour to get usually exactly the same answer." they're waiting about the flight to approach the reimbursement and also the individual in control is on holiday"

I purchased the seats from Expedia, I anticipate the reimbursement in the same organization... Why must I need to rely on the flight to approach the refund.

It has been my first and last encounter with Expedia.com
