Etourandtravel misrepresentation deception unauthourized removal of bank funds ripoff

I was told that i qualified for a special disney vacation package at a great price. I thought this was good because i just got married a few days earlier, but once the package was paid for and i tried to make reservations i found out that the trip was not for disney but for universal studio.

Then a etour rep. Told me the dates i wanted were not available, but they would upgrade the package for $40 xtra per night. I asked them not to take any money out of my account for this until i could think about it but they took the money out anyway using the info they had on file when i paid the package off. I am pissed off because the two things i hate most is a liar and thief, and i have been lied to and stolen from. They refuse to give me a refund and now my family is stuck, and out of about $900 for a$398 package.
