First of all, my wife was tricked into buying their package.By the time I tried to find out what exactly was going on it was already too late. They have already had a withdrawal from our bank and didn't offer a refund or anything under no circumstances.
The package stated several things that should have been included, but wasn't. After paying nearly fifteen hundred dollars, we still had to pay an addition five hundred for the rental car that was supposedly to be free. The hotel we stayed in was ridiculous and very below standards.
In fact, one particular ramada hotel that was in Fort Lauderdale, had several porn stores next to it, didn't have any access to a beach, and had termites problems because we seen the termite control people come to the hotel twice during business hours in one particular day.
Several guests and I had to changed room to room, then we told them if we could just change to a different ramada hotel. They said sure, it will cost you. What choice did we have, (did I mention it was our honeymoon, of course we will pay more to have a wonderful time).
The meals were free only if you wanted a sandwhich or cereal in the morning. Everything else we had to pay for out of our own pockets. The cruise we paid for was worthless and very small. All in all, this whole honeymoon trip was a disaster. The Universal Studios tickets had a catch to it as well. I believe we had to pay an additional fee for them. I have to say with all the expenses we paid out of pocket, we could have booked everyting ourself and still could of save money and had an enjoyable time.
