I purchased 5 tickets round trip to Mexico City for Christmas. We called Azteca Airlines December 15 to check on our flight and found out that Azteca had cancled all flights out of the USA. I called Cheapo Air.com several times left massages and e-mailed them twice with no results. I am to fly on December 23rd and they never had the courtsey to let us know and there customer service is an absolute joke.
Do not use this company to book your flights as you will be left high and dry. I am going to lose $2,800 for tickets that can not be used.
