Monaco Hotel
Cancellation fee

On August 17 I plan my late vacation to Wisconsin dells. So I search around the internet for my best deal.
First I found this motel "MONACO MOTEL" special rate $70 per night and it right next to the water park which I will spant my day there. Then I call for make a reservation for August 29.

Next day (Aug. 18) I talk to my friend about my trip to Wisconsin dells and she recomment me to another hotel, which is good and it cost just $9 more. So later that day, I call back Monaco motel to cancell my reservation.

They told me that they already charge $80 on my credit card and if I want to cancelled I have to pay for a cancellation fees which is $ 78!!! What a rip-off!!! I'm not event there. They already charge me. And if I call to cancell too late... Like... Aug. 28 yes... I will happy to pay for A FEES, but... This is Aug 18... 1 day after I call for reservetion and 10 days before I will be there.
And what kind of a hotel that charge guest when guest not event there.

I talk to all of my friends and nobody agree with it... Nobody ever heard about the hotel can charge you before you stay there.

But MONACO MOTEL right naxt to the bigest water park in Wisconsin dells did it...
