I became disabled, lost my job, and fell behind in maintenance payments. When I was able to make them up, I tried calling them to get a statement. I was connected to their "Recovery Department." They told me that even if I paid the backlogged payments in full, I could no longer use my membership. I am out over $7,000! I asked for a refund of my ownership. No soap. My problem was allegedly sent to a committee to make a decision. I asked for a response in writing. Never heard a thing. Obviously, their recovery department exists to recover my membership and resell it. Laws limit the number of memberships they can sell without purchasing new facilities.
