My wife and i recently bought into the above company to the tune of $2,044.00. Oweing another $1,500.00. We were led to believe that this was the greatest company to come around in years. We found out different. It started with a very high pressure sales pitch followed by promises of cheap rates on vacations, hotels, cruises, car rentals, airline tickets and anything else you can think of associated with the travel industry. They then told us that we would have to come back for a class on how to use their services. One month later we went to the class only to find out that it was another high pressure sales pitch to purchase a time share in kauai at a place called pahio. After ending up sighning a contract we had second thoughts and deceide to check pahio out. I logged on to yahoo and typed in pahio and discovered that the attorney general for the state of wa. Had filed a class action lawsuit against this company and had won. I immedeiately receded the contract the next day in person and the salesman acted like he never heard about the law suit. We then went back to the first place to get our money back and the salesman rushed us right in and said that the first guy had just called him to tell him we would probably be showing up. They then sat us down and he admited that they were inthe law suit and then he had his secretary fll out paperwork to refund our money and cancel our contract because we were not going to deal with a company that was not reliable and uptanding co. We then waited a about two weeks to get our check in the mail and all we received was a letter that it was too late to back out because three days had more than passed and that we would still have to pay more. All we want at this point is our contractcancelled and our money back. Please help me get my money back.
