I was given a reasonable offer over the phone for some discounts on airline tickets and free vacation type junk and was told i must cancel befor 10/23/06. So when i recieved the package and saw it was a bunch of crap i would never have the time or money to use, i called and canceled on 10/12/06. The automatic voice message or computer recognized my number and said they would cancel all billing. But today 10/23/06, i recieved a NSF (non-sufficient funds) letter from my bank saying that I owed $149. So I went to this website and looked for "Travel Agents Go Direct" just like you and found other reports similiar to mine. One person said that they were able to get the money back. I however haven't been able to contact a customer service rep for TAGD even though the machine says their buisness hours are from 9a. M to 10P.M., and i called around 7:00P.M.! What the hell?!? I have definately learned my lesson about tele-marketing BS.
