In December I recieved a call from Florida Passport, arranging a Florida Vacation package for $149. Once the package arrived in the mail, I had 7 days to cancell. I also was made an offer through Florida Passport to look over a package for travel through the Agents Travel Network. Once I recieved both packages I cancelled. For Florida Passport I called and spoke to a representative and they confirmed my cancellation. For the Agents Travel Network I had to cancell in writing, in which I did the day after I recieved it. I went to the Post office, mailed it with a return receipt. I cancelled both within the required time period.
In January a charge of 59.95 appeared on my bank statement with a transaction date of 30 December. I went on the internet to verify if Agents Travel Network had a website, so that I could get the phone number to find out if they charged me the $59.95 fee, but could not find a website.instead in my google search I found Florida Passport, who connected me with Agents Travel Network, listed on usacomplaints.com. I noticed the complaint that was submitted listing the $149 and the charged amount of $59.95, that was charged to them. Using the number listed on the rip off report, I called Florida Passport, and was cut off once I got through the voice messages.
