Ashley Limo... Lodi NJ
So i called this limo company a month before we needed a ride from NJ to NYC... I gave them my credit card info and we set everything up, they were to pick me and 2 of my friends up at my house on june 27th at 7pm. I called a week before hand to make sure we were all set and to confirm time for pick up. I was asured that everything thing was set... Friday night bags packed and 1 hr untill we were to be picked up... I get a phone call from the limo service. Sorry Miss but we cant fit you in, But have a good night... He said the have cars stuck at airport and noone can come get us, I explained that i would lose my 900 dollar a night hotel room and that i have made this reservation 1 MONTH AGO! He said okay okay i will call you right back... 30 min later i called him back and noone at the company would anwser the phone. Finally i got smart and blocked my number... ANd wow and anwser on the first ring... Once i asked to speak to a manger they hung up on me... We thankfuly got another limo service to bring us in to nyc but never a call back from ashley limo. Please stay away from this company. Vacations are supposed to be enjoyable not stressful from the start... STAY AWAY...
