Upstate Limo screwed us over! We needed their services for our wedding day and unfortunately, it rained that day. Now most limo services tell you to cancel at least a day in advance in order to get your refund, but the weather station gave a different report saying it would be overcast.
It rained all morning and all day on our wedding day and we were forced to cancel the limo. We gave them a 2 hour notice.
After we return from the honeymoon, we call Upstate limo to find that they will not refund us our money, not even half of it or even transfer the money to a different date.
I think it is silly to pay almost $200 on a service that I didnt even get to use and all because of the weather.
If you try to look up their webpage, it is very vage, and their is no mention of a policy anywhere, not online or even over the phone. It was partically our fault for not checking for a policy, otherwise, we would have found a more professional company to look to.
Dont let this happen to you! Do not use upstate limo!
