I was a fool enough to sign up as a member for cheaptrip.com because they guarantee the cheaptest airfare, and guaranteed refund if I find cheapter ticket.
I signed up as a member and quickly searched a cheap air ticket for my trip to Japan, I realized they have no cheap ticket at all. It was higher than the most I searched.
So the next day (actually hours later, as it happened late at night), I sent a email that I want to cancel my membershp. This is July 2. No reply. My credit card was charged for membership. I sent a email again on Aug. 8.
Again nothing. I get a promotional phone call from cheaptrip today, and they claim I am stil a member.
So I am sending cancellatin again today Sept. 27.
When are they going to accept my membership cancellation. $33 ripoff. But this has to stop right now.
Be aware. Cheaptrip is a total ripoff. They cannot deliver what they promise at all. They are just trying to make money from your membership fee all the way.
