Ripoff will not cancel charges with written request, must call but can't get through Trumbull Connecticut

A completely misleading sales pitch resulted in charges that can't be stopped. They won't take a email or fax cancel and you must call. I live in Europe now and cannot get through to their number on the phone and Skype cannot reach them due to their having a restricted number. You get lots and lots of spam.
