We were planning a trip and booked on line on Tuesday morning. Tuesday night we found out we wouldn't be able to go. Wednesday I called to cancel and they refused a refund, even though the reservations are for next week and we asked for a cancellation within 24 hours. I was told I could cancel, but would pay the full amount. Whatever happened to customer service and customer care. I'll never book with Holiday Inn or their affiliates again.
