Charged my account for 70.25 plus a 1.00 plus 10.00 for some unknown service. Called the Holiday Inn Express directly and found they had plenty of rooms. Called back to reservationdesk.com to cancel. Never got a confirmation but I did get cancellation notice but the money is still being deducted. They said it would take at least 3 -4 weeks to credit my account. This. Is a scam! The website looked fine and came up from a goggle search.
