Ripoff, treats employees badly, supervisor treated me like crap

I went to work for the holiday inn at 3855 ih 35, in san antonio, texas in july. When the supervisor hired me i told him that i demanded respect on the job. After a few days, he started talking down to me, he started with the racial slurs, i am white, and he is hispanic. When he would talk to me, he would turn and walk away while talking, and i could not hear a word he said. When i asked him what he said, he just ignored me. He would tell me to go do something, and then he would go and flirt with the maids, and never did any work, and he was making all of the money. His name is joe m. He is 61 years old, and he would always tell me personal things like he only would sleep with younger girls. This hotel has a pervert working for them and they don't even know it. Whatever you do, watch it when you stay at this hotel
