I filed a complaint with the BBB of South Carolina Charleston Area. I could believe that the took The Holiday Inns side on My Complaint. We were treated very unfairly with our stay at the Holiday Inn on the Beach of Charleston at Folly Beach. We feared for our lives for a time at this Hotel because of drunks beating violetly on our door at 2:30 In the Morning. We asked only to be compt. For that one night stay in their Hotel because we never went back to sleep.
It actually ruined our weekend get away for 3 days. We were so tired from the drive down and being woke up, we lost a whole dayof our vacation. The BBB took Holiday Inns side in the case #1997684 (Holiday Inn case #). I thought the BBB was for the person who is wronged and not the one with the most money. I am not giving up on this case if it is the last thing I do. The consumer does not have a chance dealing with the BBB.
