We were on vacation in Arkansas visiting my family. We received tickets to hear a presentation and then we would receive free tickets to a water park.
We went to the presentation which was greatly high pressured. We did sign up after much wavering and 'fuss' by the gentleman of the great deal this was for discount travel, but we had to make a decision then, even though we asked if we could think about it for a day.
We soon learned this was quite the sham. They never matched our airline prices although that was a guarantee. We did better on the internet. They didn't help when it came to finding summer rentals for our family reunion. Even when I emailed and asked how to get my $30 credited to me that I had gained from points I never heard from anyone.
All I know is we are out $3,000 and they have not delivered one service they promised.
