Ripoff the most deceptive, user Unfriendly company I have ever dealt with Internet

Priceline is the most deceptive, user Unfriendly company I have ever dealt with. I did not realize until after I was billed for my tickets that we would not be able to decline the flight after viewing the itinerary.
My wife and i were horrified to find that our daughter who is a minor would have to sit in a seat nowhere near either of ours, but not even within eyesight. We tried politely to straighten this out, but after one run around after another were left with nothing but "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do about it."

I explained that an airline representative told me that all airline tickets are "voidable" within the first 24 hours. I tried to email two articles that said the same thing and listed United Airlines (the company we were flying with) as honoring that policy. I also tried to send another article from Airlines Reporting Corporation that affirms the same 24 hour policy.

I was told that customer service did not have a fax machine that I could send this to and neither did corporate headquarters. I was also told they could not give me a phone number for corporate headquarters.
