The hotel confirmed to me on june 09 by email that they will reserve a 2 bed room for june 17. When I checked in, they did not have such room available. I had to take what was available! The hotel did not have air conditioning runing in any room or even a fan runing, when the outside temperature was 95. The staff was acting like: "be happy, you get to spend a night in our hotel".
At the checking out I was charged for the 2 bedroom, like the reservation was made for. After long arguments about the charge I"ve got "like a favor", a refund as difference of comfort (2 beds to one bed).
This is about a hotel next door from the Romulus (Detroit City) International Airport.
