This company called to iniciate a vacation package. I talked it over with my husband and we decided against it. I called and cancelled. The company decided to give a lower rate. I again talked it over with my husband and we still wanted to cancel. The operator helping me was not very nice but he said it was cancelled. After forgetting about it, (thinking everything was ok) i found out my account was charged. I tried to get ahold of the company, it was almost impossible. I finally got through and they gave me an address to file a complaint. No name of company and no phone nuber. I did some search on the the web to find the phone number and I found it on this site. I called and now I need to wait back and forth from the bank and floridaway. Hopefully in 72 hours it will be fixed. What gets me the operator of the florida I talked with this time addmitted to seeing where it was cancelled and that it should not have been taken out. She also said where she seen that it was taken out. Hopefully she can reaffirm my human nature to trust big companies as of right now I doubt it.
