I am surprised they can get away with this. Charging my account $149 without my permission? They sent me a package, which said I could cancel it by a certain date. I called a few days before that date, AFTER the $149 was charged to my account. I said I wanted it all cancelled, and the woman said that was fine and I was not to be charged. When I asked her why I was charged, she said I was not charged at all. I informed her there was a check taken out of my account for Floridaway, and she claimed I cancelled for GoDirect, and Floridaway was a completely different company. Not. She even said to cancel for floridaway I had to cancel a week earlier? How would she know that if it is a different company?
So I was told also to write a letter, I am beginning to wonder what they do with these letters? I do not expect to get my money back. I was robbed!
