We got a boarding voucher just like everyone else has and me and my wife listened to the sales pitchand decided to take advantage of this vacation.
My wife decided to take a look at the resorts that the ramada had offered when she ran across the consumer complaints that alot of people have voiced there concerns. Well after reading all theses i called to cancell my vacation.
This was only the 1st day after i joined. The sales rep sounded confused so i got transfered tothe manager in charge.
Her name was debbie pickett a very fast and smooth talking ladyshe said she wasnt involved with ramada plaza resorts and had never had any complaints about this being a ripoff.
Well, she made one mistake she told me to check thebetter business bureau they had a sterling rep. I really dont think she thought i would but i did. I
T basically said they have had alot of complaints and they werent taken care of.
So i called back and told the people iwanted to cancell i was told i had to call another number but i refused to and demanded to talk to debbie pickett.
She got back on there and i told her what i had found thru the bbb and shetold me to do whatever i wanted cause she told her people to deny me financing. I said good cause i better not see anything on my credit card or i would sue her assand sheh ung up on me
