BBZ ripped us all off - we know that for sure. Now some companies are giving out certificates to people to replace the gas and grocery certificates.
A friend of mine registered her new certificate (or at least tried to register) and was told she was "disqualified" by the new company, in this case My Free Travel in Chicago. It's a series of landmines in the terms and conditions that are in place to blow you out of the program.
She was told that she didn't follow the terms and conditions that were there when she registered. So, here's a bit of friendly advice to all BBZ customers who are trying to register any new replacement certificates from any other company. If you don't follow the terms and conditions VERBATIM, 100%, then you will be TOAST, REBATE ROADKILL, FINISHED!
Please make sure you click on the terms and conditions of any company's certificates and FOLLOW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE LETTER, especially during the registration! It seems that these terms change frequently so you MUST read the terms and conditions the minute you're signing up.
Document everything you do, and if they don't do what they say they're supposed to do, call you state's attorney general or the better business bureau.
