We purchased this "trip" for our honeymoon. It is paid in full from several months ago. We are attempting to obtain an itinerary for our vacation, and we have been given a complete run around. No one at this company is willing to work with us or give us the basic information that we are requesting. We became skeptical of the sitiation after speaking to several CS reps about getting basic information about our vacation. Since we have become skeptical we started to research this company and have found horifiying results on several different platforms. We have contacted our credit card company to dispute these charges and cancel our trip, but have been informed that due to the time lapse of our purchase, this is not a disputible charge. We advised everyone that is interested in this company to look elsewhere. We are very unhappy with this and are currently looking else where for our honeymoon vacation.
Even if we were to loose our money on this vacation, it is not worth the agrivation and disgust that so many others have written about. We will not go.
In short, Ramada Resorts is a complete rip off and I highly suggest that anyone considering using this company look elsewhere for a company that will stand behind what they promise.
