I have copies of phone calls made, & letters sent from Dec. 5, to Mar. 2
Dec 5,05, attended marketing program. Dec. 6,05, returned Vacation Planning Form & $50 deposit. Jan. 10,06 advised they could not confirm my Certificaate # and Code. Jan. 11,06, my check was cashed.
Jan 10,06 one day before they cancelled my check I talked to Dan at 800-620-6693 who advised me to call Customer Service about this mixup of Certificate & Code numbers.
I called 813-621-1777 and talked to Jo. Being on Hold for 20 minutes, I finally asked Jo to call me back when she could answer my questions, this was Jan 13,06. On Jan 18,06, I called 813-621-1777 but was again put on hold until I gave up and hungup. Jan 19,06 I wrote a letter sending it to the Tampa, Fl. Address. Since I had another 800-705-5578 number I attempted all three numbers, but each time was advised the lines were busy to please call back.
Time and time again I tried to reach MVI by phone without success. Jan 28,06 I again wrote asking what the problem ws. Finally on Feb. 20,06 I sent them copies of letters, phone attempts, and advised them I would be contacting a Better Business Bureau if I had not reply. On March 2,06, I decided to search what I could find about MVI and received the consumer complaints. Thank you for this information.
