In 2004 I received a certificate from MVI. After several attempts to use their service, I was unable to find a vacation time and place to meet my satisfaction.in November of I requested a refund of my $100 deposit. They sent me the paper work, that I returned. After not receiving anything by December, I called on the 14th. They said they didn't get my formal response; but they would process my refund in 4-5 weeks. On January 17th I called again, since I still hadn't received my refund. They told me I should have it in 14 business days. Beginning on 2/6, I have called several times a day; but I have not been able to get an answer.
