I booked a cruise with them, for which they charged me 534.26 to confirm. A month later they said the cruise was booked, and I could rebook or receive a full refund. I opted for the refund.
After 2 months I inquired about the refund, they said they hadn't received my request, but would process it over the phone.
Now 6 weeks later, no refund, and no one answers there phone.
