I received a certificate in the mail and called the toll free 1-800-405-6112 number for information only. I spoke with a girl named Angela #9340 who offered a one time special, Gold Key member rates and I said NO, she then put a supervisor named Robert Demartino on the line-big mistake, he said we would be treated as royalty and sweettalked me into the purchase by offering an extra 18 month extention, all meals included and 50.00 gambeling certificate for the casino on the ship. He also gave me 500.00 off the price of the trip so instead of paying 698.00/person I paid 498.00 upfront and another 398.00 when I booked the trip so I caved and said yes. They automatically debited my credit card 199.00us and I have been paying instalments of 62.34us per month for the last 6 months. I was not thinking about the us exchange rate at the time, it nearly doubles my purchase price in canadian funds. I am very shocked by the statements made on this site regarding the trip and now want to cancel mine. I don't know where to start. Can anyone help?
