I stayed @ this hotel once/mo. For 6 mo's & the staff @ this hotel treated my business clients terribly.
My company holds conferences for teens & young adults in a professional business setting. When we host lunches for our clients, the hotel staff is very rude and unhelpful to them, & likewise to myself. They write in the tips on my clients' lunch tickets & advise them before dinner that if they are not prepared to pay the tips, to go elsewhere.
Although I can understand their concern with teenagers & tipping, their manner in dealing with it is quite unprofessional and frankly, insulting. This particular hotel has two wings, and depending on your room number, you must take an elevator on either far side of the hotel to get to your room. On numerous occasions the staff has sent me and all of my luggage up the wrong side of the hotel, only to cause me nearly 30 minutes in getting all of my luggage back down & up the other side to my room.
My company regularly sends me faxes @ the hotel & requires me to fax in information on a timely basis as well. This hotel without a doubt every time has had problems with that, resulting in myself being reprimanded due to not receiving or sending paperwork on-time.
