Purchased vacation packages from e-bay. Sent in 5 RRF's, 2 in November with dates and 3 more in February. Dates for May, in March they sent an e-mail stating someone would contact me 30 days prior to our dates.
No one contacted us, ever, not even to say we needed to change dates. When we were down to 30 days before our last set of dates and since we had still not been contacted and NOW no one was responding to our e-mails we all got nervous about the validity of this company and asked for our refund that it clearly states on the RRF that we are entitled to.
After I have sent MANY e-mails monthly I tried again today and discovered now they have blocked my e-amil address and those of the other RRF purchasers in our group.
We should have known if it sounds to good to be true it ALWAYS is. I would love it if a lawyer would pick this up and file a class action! Count me in! I have saved everything I have sent to them and anything, ever how little they have sent to me in duplicate. I have and will continue to shout RIP-OFF when ever I hear Bearcountry Vacations!
