I purchased 2 packages to Ireland in December/ January (on Ebay) and submitted dates of which were unavailable. I rececived a letter from Patricia Anderson stating we had 5 years to use the packages.
In 2005 I asked for a refund due to a change in my personal life (divorce) and the names listed would have changed. She sent me an email saying she had no record that I had submitted any dates to use the package and that no refund would be given.
I have tried recently to contact her via email and have only received info that the emails were not able to be delivered. I googled the Bearcountry Vacation website to see if they are still in business and that is where I hooked up with complaint and found it interesting to see that I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
Please let me know what I can do to get my refund back. Total of which is $600.00
