Casasanjuan took over $500 for a room they did not provide for me. They said I would get a refund, they sent a check and proceeded to cancel it. Telling me they would pay when they felt like it. Well its been a year now, I sent a friend by casasanjuan, while in Merida, and Pablo cursed him and he said he leaves no money in his U.S. Account so he won't have to pay suckers like me.
I have always liked Mexico, but people like Pablo have made me think twice about going back. Watch out for CasaSanJuan, they screw people and apparently enjoy doing it!
