I tryed to take my vacation and thought some thing was wrong so I email both companys and found out a lot of crazy stuff so I confronted them and was promised this wood not happen and boy did it so here are Mr. Shifflett,

It is clearly stated on the RRF form in the terms and conditions how the offer works. I am not going to keep answering these emails as they are very unproductive. New dates need to be submitted as previously advised. Your request for a refund has been denied.

If you choose to not go any further with our offer, then I am sorry but no refund will be issued. You decide how you wish to proceed, but, filling my inbox with the ridiculous emails I have received will not get you anywhere. Follow the terms to be happy with our offer.

If after those dates are checked, we find that we cannot fulfill your request, we will issue you a full refund of your deposit paid to Bearcountry Vacations Incorporated. We are a legitimate company who are members of OSSN, CLIA< TRUE maintained by IATAN and Square Trade Travel Verified.

If you have dates in mind, please send them by email to
[email protected] and we will update your file. If you wish to change destinations, you can send us that information to the same email a address. If you do not have dates in mind at this time, that is okay as well. Just drop us a ne mail when you do and we will update your file.

It is very important that you include your customer ID# in any and all correspondence with our agency. We have over 20,000 file sin our office and it is not possible to search by name.
