Mr. Pablo Valladares Garcia from Sin Embargo Mexico, used professional services to hire crew for his private yacht.
He did not pay for recruitment services, and when contacted, he prefered to switch off his phone and ignore emails.
Mr. Valladares asked personnel to work during 3 months, refusing to give any written agreement. When he used personnel, (having worked even 20 hours a day, often without food or enough sleep), he used his boat which was not ready, making work terrible this way. He left personnel in the port without advise or reason, and he did now pay personnel.
