Ripoff Faxed a vacation deal at my work, sent them money now can't get ahold of them

I recieved a fax at work that was through Wholesale Connection company working with Tropical Travel.

It had four vacations, Orlando, Daytona Beach, a state of 40 destinations and Bahamas. It sounded to good to be true but they were very convincing over the phone so I sent them $250

I recieved my package in the mail and had one year to use one then one year to use consecutive ones.

I am a single mom and was going to take my children over their Christmas vacation so I called to confirm and had to send deposit money
They told me to send it certified so I knew they got it. I fell for it and when I called because I hadn't heard from the reservation department, the phone was disconnected.
