Absolute Reservation Center, Tropical Wholesale Promotions, Wholesale Connection Co
Ripoff Co's. Just who are they anyway, Customer Service is a JOKE! Casselberry

Geez, where do I begin! After receiving a fax and buying a Florida vacation pak, that was supposed to be good for 2 years, I sent in my vouchers for Orland and Daytona Beach, along with the $58.00 reservation fee.By law they can only be good for up to 18 months, but the salesman FRANK, said 2 years. I found this out later, by research of the Florida Seller of Travel Laws.

Within 12 days the check cleared our bank. Eleven days before our reservation date, I finally received a fax from Absolute Reservation Center, telling us which Welcome Centers to report to for both destinations. Still no confirmed hotel reservations or names of the hotels we would be staying at.

My husband and I called them over and over and over since May 9. We only got voice mail, unless we directed are calls to the area where you had not already sent in the trip vouchers.

Then we were sent directly to voice mail again, even after requests to speak to a LIVE person. Finially we requested to speak to supervisors and spoke to several, Serena, Kim and I believe a Michelle.

We had sent our fee and vouchers in at the requested 45 day advanced notice. Our trip time was approaching and no confirmation as yet by mail, as promised. No one returned our calls as promised. We were very upset, as we had planned this since the beginning of the year, our first vacation in 14 years.

How could we plan anything else, such as transportation, arrangments with other family members, who were also going, coming from different states. We had no answers to give our familys, airlines, etc... We had no confirmed reservations!!!

They are scam artists, all connected, with different names and addresses, phone numbers and very good at avoiding your calls, requests. When you do speak to someone, you either get passed to someone else, or a run around with NO answers given, only excuses.

As I said, we did finally get a fax with where to show up for a Time Shares presentation for 90 mins, but not hotel confirmations. We did not receive those until I filed a complaint with the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture-Consumer Affairs Division and the Florida BBB.

I was notified they had been contacted and POOOFFF, we get the useless fax Time Shares presentation.

We are by no means done with our complaints and all legal actions to get a full refund for our travel pak and reservation fee back from these scam artists.

Please stay away from them-and others like them.
If you get a fax at work with vacation prices that sound to good to be true, believe me, they are!!!
