Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I made a reservation online after checking out the hotel on priceline.com under the impression it was a nice hotel. I would describe this hotel as a "one night stand place'

To begin with something should have told me just to turn around and leave when I pulled up. It was very dingy from the outside and was right behind a bar. The guy that checked me in could not speak any English and just grunted at me, handing me the key. He called someone on the phone and this person told me they would take care of the billing in the morning.

I walked to check out the room and it was ICE COLD when we walked in. It was very small, dirty and cold. The bathtub was just totally digusting like it had not been washed in MONTHS. There were no towels or soap like a normal place would have. There was paint missing off the wall everywhere. I went to turn on the heat and it nob fell off the wall.

I had enough and walked back telling them I wanted to check-out. I told them the reasons why and they asked if another room would help. I didnt feel safe and there was no guarantee any other room was different. I was made to pay the full price of two nights stay and I did not stay. The most I did was walk in the room.
