I checked into the Westin Peachtree on a direct bill reservation. Upon checking in I was given my room # and asked for a credit card for incidentals (as usual). When I went to the room I was given and used my key to open the door I found someone's suit case etc in the room, upon calling down to the front desk I was told I was accidently given an occupied room. This made me uncomfortable to leave anything in my room during my stay in case they did the same thing with my room, but I was willing to look past that.

When I went to check out I was told they can't print $0 balance receipts and since my room was a direct bill and there were no charges to my credit card they couldn't give me a receipt.

When my credit card bill came in the mail I'd been charges $125 for my night's stay which apparently was because when they changed my room they didn't change the new room they assigned to me as the direct bill reservation, now I'm stuck paying $125 out of pocket because of the hotel's mistakes. When I contacted the hotel I was told they would look into it and call me right back.

That was two months ago, after filing complaints on their website and calling back approximately 10 times I finally got ahold of someone who told me they would resolve the problem and call me back later that day, that was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from the hotel.
