"I have mailed $399.00 by VISA for three packages then $150 for reservation fees... I have called to get in touch with them, and I don't ever get an answer... I got another form with another name saying that now I have to resend another form in order to get my packages plus I have send more money! The website doesn't work either! I am in the process to write and ask for a refund."
I paid $399 dlrs with a visa, and then mailed $150 dlrs to reserve the dates I wanted. I have tried to reach an agent, and I don't get an answer, and the wesite is not working either. Now they are asking for money on a form I received over the mail.
When I tried to check for the company's records I discovered that others have been through this fraud. I am now trying to get my money back. I hope I am not another case!
