In Nov paid $20 fee to One Stop Travel to get a free vacation information to Orlando or Las Vegas. Then they asked me to pay $69 more for processing fee. Of course, money was taken out and I received a Registration Coupon from Spitit Incentives which I mailed in Dec 2nd. And they supposed to mail me back a Reservation Request Form.
I have not received anything. I wrote a complaint letter to Spirit Incentives and asked them either refund my money or send me a free vacation Reservation Request Form. No one bothered to answer me. And money has not been refunded. So, $89 for nothing. This is a ripoff.
