Royal Caribbean Custom Air Complaint
Do not use Royal Caribbean Custom Air. They do not provide what they promise and do not refund your money for making errors. I strongly encourage you to make your own air arrangements.
I specifically advised a Royal Caribbean Custom Air agent that I needed a direct non-stop flight on my return trip home or I would not need to utilize their services. The Royal Caribbean Custom Air agent confirmed a direct non-stop flight was available and booked the flight for me. They also collected a $100 fee.
My direct flight was also confirmed in my itineraries from Royal Caribbean Custom Air and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Fortunately, I checked with the airport prior to my flight and was advised that the flight was not non-stop.
I immediately contacted Royal Caribbean via e-mail and they did not respond. I also personally contacted Royal Caribbean twice while on board and they did not provide a response. Upon returning home, I contaced Royal Caribbean twice more via e-mail and didn't receive a response until two months later. Royal Caribbean refused my request for a refund.
I have requested that this issue be esculated to a higher command at Royal Carbbean and still have not received a response. It has been four months since my first inquiry.
I strongly recommend that you make your own air arrangements for your Royal Caribbean trip because the services provided by Royal Caribbean Custom Air are dishonest.
They do not provide what they promise and the customer loses. Although everything onboard the ship was great, I am also very disappointed with the lack of follow-up by Royal Caribbean.
It seems once you are off the ship, they don't care.
