Upon beginning our 7 night cruise we were informed that the ship was crippled by lose of an engine from an onboard fire the previous week. So they totally eliminated our first port-of-call and reduced by half the time on other islands, for which we were compensated $100.00 per CABIN.
We paid $1900 per person for a crusie to NOWHERE. Even though we have sent numerous letters to Royal Caribbean complaining we have not heard word one in response to our complaints. Why?
