Dishonest billing under different names in an attempt to fool customers, rude customerservice reps trained to lie Ripoff

I was placed into a program which I did not agree to through a telemarketer falsifying her records. She had gotten my account information and I had changed my mind before the call was disconnected. The part of the call with me giving my info was recorded, yet the company has "no record" of the end of the call, where I refused the offer.

I had been charged a membership fee for six months and recieved no communication from the company at all. Even worse, I had been charged over $100 for items I neither purchased nor recieved. They charged me over $200 for services I was not aware of, claiming they had sent me certain items, which I (ofcourse) never recieved.

When confronted, I was told that, although they were pulling money from my acount, because they had someone else's name on file w / my information (proof that we had not done business) they could not give me any specific details about where my money went. They also had no record of their highest charges, saying they never took that money out.

Trained customercare representatives were rude and four of them even hung up on me. One called me an idiot and none of them would allow me to speak with a supervisor. After calling a different number, I was allowed to speak with a supervisor who told me that my money had been credited back to my account three months earlier (when I first began speaking with them). Yet my bank had no record of any money coming in from them, nor did my bank statements.

Later, I was told that the money was sent in the mail, by a woman who then hung up on me. After calling back, I spoke with a man who said the company records show that the money was credited to my acount.

After looking at bank statements with different phone numbers and names leading to the same company, I began to look more closely. They had taken out over $100 dollars in a single month, and under three different names. On one of the charges, there was only a name, no contact info, meaning that there was no way for me to find them other than realizing that other numbers which appeared had contact information (on their answering machine) leading to the same address. I was then able to get the email address and found that my charges without contact information were from the same company making these other charges. Why would a company use so many different identifications in the same month and on the same account unless the goal was for no one to connect the transaction? And, again, why would a company neglect to provide a phone number for a customer to view when looking at bank statements, unless trying to hide?
