I had been buying vendor account and discovered a business that arrived to my house and offered me gear. Anything was good using the vendor but I began having issues using the organization that rented my charge card device, Rent Finance Group LLC. I first began having issues with this specific organization after I visited alter my lender. I named Rent Financing and informed them that I had been transforming banks and had a need to alter my banking info to my new lender. Well they stated that could be good and explained they'd send me the correct types to alter the info. They did deliver it. I stuffed it out and sent it back. They claimed they never received it. And so I sent it again. Again they stated they never received it. And so I stated can there be a method to do that within the telephone. The person I talked with stated yes and he'd place my new charge card info on the consideration which could be billed each month automaticly. I thought anything was looked after till I acquired a phone from another broker requesting cost. I subsequently informed them what I'd completed the prior month. She explained that there's no method for them to consider the aged bank info from their program. I'd to really drop to my lender and demand an end payment. I questioned why I had beennot advised this before after I tried altering the info the month before. Obviously she did not know. And so I transpired to my lender and place an end cost on that consideration. Nicely while I am going right through this I discover they charged my previous bill, that we still had available for some issues. The cash obviously wasn't for the reason that consideration therefore whenever they charged that consideration they offered me a go back charge and my lender costs me aswell. I expected them just how many times they charged the previous consideration plus they stated the very first month they billed it 5 times which month they charged it three times. Along with they charged me late fees. Today I thought I got care of the the month before. Atleast that is exactly what the broker stated after I talked with him. And so I began to get upset. I requested to talk with a boss plus they usually inform me that there'snot one for me personally to consult with. I let them know I'll not purchase these costs plus they inform me that they can keep calling every single day till I actually do. They WOn't consider the costs down. I simply have no idea how to proceed. I've been hung-up on and screamed at. I'll not consider anymore of the misuse. If anyone has any suggestions about what I ought to do I'd greatly enjoy it.
