WLI Reservation Rewards obtained my bank account information without my permission and began billing my account $9 a month for a "membership" that I was unaware of. They had billed me $99 over a period of 11 months before I noticed the charges on my bank statements. I researched the name next to the charge (WLI Reservation Rewards) and found blogs from lots of other people who had found unauthorized charges from WLI Reservation Rewards on thier statements. I emailed WLI today (2/16/06) and demanded that they refund the charges in full and cancel whatever "account" they had opened for me. THey responded agreeng to cancel and refund the charges, and explaining that when I placed an order with drugstore.com 11 months ago I had agreed to enroll in thier program. I think there must be a little box that is already checked on the order page and if you don't see it an uncheck it, WLI receives all of your billing info from the company and begins billing without your knowledge. I have never recieved or requested any services from WLI and it is clear that are ripping people off by getting their account information without thier knowledge from third parties. I am furious both with WLI, and with other companies that offer up the private information of thier customers for a profit.
