My prize was issued 8-26-03. I was very new to computer and internet. Played a game, won, was notified I'd won the trips and to make a deposit with credit card. As soon as I gave info I realized it was something I could not afford nor was interested in.
I called back and eventually talked??? With Ms. ROE CARD (who has no supervisor by the way.) I explained to her as in the above paragraph. She was soooo rude and I had no one else to confer with. My "trips" have expired. I just now found my letter and your web site. Respond somebody, please.
