Recently on a flight to Florida, making a connection into Atlanta, the flight attendants, gate agents as well as Delta supervisors expressed absolute and total unprofessionalim causing passengers to miss connections, cause many elders to become both angry as well as breakdown into tears.
The arrogance and complete disrespect as expressed by a majority of passengers stated they as well as I will never fly such an unprofessional carrier. Not a single bit of consideration was given to the passengers who then had to pay their own hotel and meals for Delta's mistake.
This complaint was filed with both the FAA as well as the Better Business Bureau as well as several law suites filed against both Delta and the the security department for negligent actions on behalf of Delta. Don't fly a bankrupt carrier who treats passengers with total disrespect
